...Our home! Once a four-story storage and warehouse building, we restored this 1927 gem to create 68,000 square feet of office condominiums. The adaptive re-use effort utilized Historic State and Federal Tax Credits and as Doug Smith of The Charlotte Observer wrote, it was the “momentum” for revitalization of the Morehead Street Corridor across I-77.
