Carolina Raptor center is partnering with Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation on a joint facility entitled “Quest” located inside Latta Nature Preserve in Huntersville, NC. Neighboring Concepts lead the master planning and design for the Raptor Center’s new Raptor Trail project. This effort relocates the Raptor Center’s collection of 40+ raptor species and supporting exhibits to a New Raptor trail. The project also includes the Duke Energy Amphitheater, a modern 13,000 SF resident bird care facility, a resident bird condo, an outdoor classroom and six new interactive exhibits.
