The first standalone branch for First Legacy Community Credit Union is a 2-story office building that sits back from the road on an elevated site giving the contemporary structure prominent visibility from the street. In addition to traditional design services, the Neighboring Concepts Team also facilitated an entire re-branding for the Credit Union, complete with an “Iconic Building and Materials Palette” designed to distinguish the brand from other credit unions.
