Residences at Renaissance
3610 Nobles Ave, Charlotte, NC 28208, USA
Housing
The Residences at Renaissance is part of The Renaissance, Charlotte Housing Authority and Laurel Street Residential’s redevelopment of a 40-acre former public housing site. The Residences at Renaissance faithfully adheres to the principle that variety, access and complementary mix are features of resilient communities. The variation of the buildings’ one, two and three bedroom units in plan, grant an opportunity to add variety to the façade with a variation of building offsets. Neighboring Concepts designed the three-story apartments and townhomes providing 150 family units to the neighborhood, each including a private balcony or patio. Residents will have access to personal growing space in community garden plots, including tall planter beds that accommodate wheel-chair access. Numerous outdoor amenities are provided, including close-by tot lots with shaded seating areas
