Frank Little

Frank Little serves as one of the four Partners of Neighboring Concepts. He is a licensed Architect and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) who brings years of experience to the Neighboring Concepts team. He has a passion for improving communities through design and architecture and pays careful attention to the details and quality of design. He believes that clients are better served by maintaining continuity of the design team from conceptual design through construction and project turnover. Frank has successfully completed numerous education, civic, and governmental projects, and is committed to meeting the client’s budget and schedule through exemplary service, design, and construction contract administration.

In his role at Neighboring Concepts, Frank is responsible for managing projects and overseeing quality assurance and quality control. He is known for being detail-oriented and organized and is in charge of the firm's Revit standards. Frank is the primary leader for the firm's education projects, ensuring that they are of high quality and within budget. With his extensive knowledge and expertise, Frank is an invaluable asset to the Neighboring Concepts team.
