Luke's educational background focused largely on urban settings, targeting development, planning, transit, and sustainable design. He is an advocate for the power of design, feeling that quality design has a place in every project, irrespective of size or budget.

At Neighboring Concepts, Luke focuses on the overall mechanics of the firm, including business development, budgeting, and day-to-day operations. Additionally, he is the primary leader for the firm's transit projects, ensuring that they are completed to the highest standards and within budget. With a ceaseless work ethic, absolute attention to detail, and natural ability to help clients realize their visions, Luke is an invaluable member of the Neighboring Concepts team.

As a partner at Neighboring Concepts, Luke leads the firm's transit portfolio.  With almost 20 years of experience, Luke brings experience across a wide range of transit projects, including Light Rail, BRT, Streetcar and Trolley.  He strongly believes in the power of transit to empower and elevate communities by connecting people and places.
